Refund & Cancellation Policy - Edel Earth™ Ethics

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

All engagements are fixed-fee and confirmed in writing before work begins. 

1) Pre-work refund 

A full refund may be requested before work begins.

2) When “work begins”

“Work begins” when: required materials have been received, and review/analysis has started (including claim inventory, mapping, or drafting).

3) After work begins

Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable because time and capacity are reserved and the deliverable is in progress.

4) Rescheduling / scope changes

If your timeline or scope changes after confirmation, adjustments require written agreement. Additional work is quoted and scoped separately.

5) How to request a refund

Email info@edel.earth from the address used for the engagement, with the invoice number and the request.
