Edel Earth™ Ethics — Engagements

Fixed-fee, independent document-based ethics and claims exposure reviews.  Confidential. Decision-usable. Advisory-only (not legal advice).

1) Rapid Ethics & Claims Exposure Scan — $5,000 USD (fixed fee, prepaid)

Delivery: 72 hours after materials + payment are received A fast, independent written review of 1–2 high-stakes public surfaces (e.g., homepage + trust/safety page, or investor deck section + key claims page). Designed for situations where the cost of ambiguous language is high: fundraising, launches, partnerships, procurement, or scrutiny.

Deliverables (PDF/DOCX):

  • Exposure register (ranked): stakeholder / reputational / regulatory risk points
  • Claim support gaps: what must be qualified, removed, or clarified
  • Rewrite-ready corrections: wording swaps + “do-not-imply” safeguards
  • Credibility signals: structural fixes that reduce backlash and misinterpretation
  • Sequencing: a prioritized “do first” implementation order

Included: one async clarification round (up to 10 questions within 7 days). Choose a track at inquiry:

  • Track A — Claims & Exposure (Non-AI/High Trust)
For regulated or high-trust contexts outside AI (e.g., finance, impact claims, stakeholder-sensitive products).
  • Track B — EU AI Act Transparency
AI claims inventory, claim→evidence map, ready-to-paste disclosure/limitations blocks, and a “do-not-imply” index for risk phrases.

***Our Method — The Edel Earth™ Review Framework***

Most reviewers critique language. We review the system behind the language. The Edel Earth™ Review Framework links three layers that are usually assessed separately:

Claims — what is being promised or implied

Support — what substantiates (or undermines) those claims

Exposure pathways — how gaps translate into regulatory, stakeholder, or reputational risk

This produces a single Claim–Support–Exposure Register that shows: the exact phrases carrying implied guarantees, ambiguity, or overreach missing disclosures, qualifiers, or support that increase exposure governance signals (or gaps) that heighten scrutiny stakeholder harm pathways (including backlash, enforcement, or reputational cost) rewrite-ready corrections and structural mitigations — without spin.

2) Multi-Surface Risk Memo (Decision-Grade) — Fixed fee quoted after scope

Delivery: typically 5–10 business days after scope + payment are confirmed A deeper review across 2–3 integrated surfaces (e.g., homepage + deck + impact/ESG page), built for leadership decisions where multiple claims reinforce—or contradict—each other. Deliverables (PDF/DOCX):

  • Claim clustering and contradiction mapping across surfaces
  • Stakeholder-type exposure register (investor / regulator / donor / public)
  • Governance blind-spot detection (signals, accountability, incentives)
  • Rewrite plan + structural realignment map
  • One async clarification round (up to 15 questions within 7 days)

3) Ethics Due Diligence Memo (Funds / Boards / Partners) — Fixed fee quoted after scope

Delivery: confirmed at scoping (often 10–12 business days, depending on document volume) A structured memo used for investment, partnership, acquisition, oversight, or grantmaking decisions. Includes:

  • Stakeholder harm pathways + decision-relevant thresholds
  • Accountability and governance evaluation
  • Reputational exposure + evidence adequacy check
  • Conditions to proceed + scenario-specific mitigations
  • Evidence requests that would reduce uncertainty

4) Standards & Governance Buildout — Fixed fee quoted after scope

Delivery: typically 3–5 weeks, depending on scope Design of internal standards, enforcement language, and operational scoring systems so ethics claims are supportable and governance is executable. Includes:

  • Claim register templates + governance signal definitions
  • Stakeholder redline markers and escalation logic
  • Scoring rules and evaluation matrices
  • Policy / funder-aligned language frameworks
  • Internal-use documentation + enforcement map
